Council ratifies BEDC incentive, authorizes up to $1 million for 9353 Benbrook Boulevard project

After an executive session for economic-development negotiations under Texas Government Code §551.087, Councilmember Phillips moved and Councilmember Tanner seconded a motion to ratify the Benbrook Economic Development Corporation’s economic-development incentive to MSR Benbrook RE, LLC. The motion includes the sale and conveyance of the property located at 9353 Benbrook Boulevard and an infrastructure incentive not to exceed $1,000,000; council also approved amendments to the BEDC fiscal-year 2026–27 budget to reflect the action.
