Manager given 60 days to repair damaged window muntins at 601 E. Atlantic Ave

Reggie Williams, a code enforcement officer, told the magistrate the building at 601 East Atlantic Avenue had damaged window muntins, dirty exterior markings and other maintenance deficiencies and introduced nine photographs as exhibits. He said the initial notice issued in mid-June had not been cured as of August 6, 2026, and the city requested an additional compliance period and a daily fine if the problems were not corrected.

Natalie Inclan, the property manager representing Edwards Atlantic Avenue, LLC, said she had been in contact with the original inspector, obtained contractor bids, and requested 60–90 days because the muntins are custom pieces that likely must be fabricated. The magistrate granted 60 days to come into compliance or a $150-per-day fine thereafter.
