At its June 15, 2017 special meeting the Sun Valley City Council recorded the following formal outcomes: approval of a helicopter permit for the Blaine County Fire Expo (motion by Brad DuFur, second Michelle Griffith; vote 4-0), approval of the 2017 Operating Plan for the Cooperative Fire Protection Agreement (motion by Michelle Griffith, second Keith Saks; vote 4-0), approval of an amendment to the HRA at the request of National Benefit Services (motion by Keith Saks, second Jane Conard; vote 4-0), and a motion to adjourn (motion by Keith Saks, second Jane Conard; vote 4-0).

Minutes record that several items were considered in a work session on the proposed FY2018 general fund budget but the budget was not adopted at the special meeting. The Fund Balance item was deferred to the June 16 council meeting.
