Sun Valley council authorizes $73,851.79 progress payment to Construction Solutions Company

At a Jan. 25, 2017 special meeting, the Sun Valley Mayor and City Council authorized payment of a progress-billing invoice from Construction Solutions Company for $73,851.79.

City Administrator Robertson explained that the payment had been intended for the prior finance-committee materials but a miscommunication delayed its inclusion, and Construction Solutions Company asked for approval so subcontractors could be paid. Council Member Jane Conard moved that the council "authorize payment of $73,851.79," and Council Member Brad DuFur seconded. The roll call vote recorded Council Member Jane Conard, Council Member Brad DuFur and Council Member Michelle Griffith as voting aye; there were no nays. The Mayor declared the motion approved.
