Votes and actions at a glance: Sun Valley special council meeting, Nov. 18, 2016

The Sun Valley City Council took three recorded actions at its Nov. 18, 2016 special meeting: a procedural break to allow staff to phone the contractor, approval of a revised change order for the Elkhorn Fire Station remodel in the amount of $12,015.30, and adjournment.

The procedural break was moved by Council President Keith Saks and seconded by Council Member Michelle Griffith; it passed by roll call. After staff reported the contractor agreed to reduce billed delay days by three, Council Member Michelle Griffith moved to accept the revised change order for $12,015.30, seconded by Council Member Brad DuFur. The minutes record the roll-call result as: "AYES: Council President Saks, Council Member Conard, Council Member DuFur, and Council Member Griffith; NAYS: None." The council then voted to adjourn; the meeting ended at 10:35 a.m.
