Board approves special use for chiropractic office at 600 N. 1st Bank Drive

William Fager and Tara Whiteman Fager told the board they plan to relocate their established chiropractic practice to a 1,700-square-foot tenant space at 600 North 1st Bank Drive to gain better accessibility and parking. "We're just relocating our current chiropractic office to the 600 North 1st Bank Drive, Suite B," William Fager said, noting their practice expects about 10–12 clients per day.

Staff reported the building provides 54 parking spaces (6 would be required for the tenant), that community services and fire prevention raised no concerns, and that the Renaissance Planned Development allows medical uses in the building sections involved. The board voted 6–0 to recommend approval subject to the special-use conditions that the operation substantially conform to the submitted business plan and floor plan; because the vote was unanimous the item will be processed administratively.
