Board updates T‑hangar wait list; city will begin $25 annual wait‑list fee in January

The board reviewed changes to the T‑hangar wait list and an upcoming fee to sustain the new online system.

The airport manager (speaker 4) said Christina updated the T‑hangar wait list process for online use, that notice was sent to those on the list and responses are due by August 7. He said the last check showed roughly 38 names on the list and that beginning January 1 the city will impose a $25 annual fee for anyone who wants to remain on the wait list to help cover software costs.

Members welcomed the change as a way to keep the list current and suggested a communication to hangar tenants about the upcoming fee and renewal process. Staff will finalize the online launch this month and report back on response rates after the August 7 deadline.
