Committee approves zoning map amendment for Town of Mondovi

The committee held a public hearing and review of an ordinance to amend the Buffalo County zoning districts map for the Town of Mondovi. Abigail Soderberg read the public hearing notice and staff introduced ordinance amendments. Jason Heiss provided testimony in favor and a town acknowledgement form supporting the rezone was submitted.

After the hearing the committee moved to take action: Mr. William Bruegger motioned to approve the rezone and Mr. Robert Sendelbach seconded; the motion carried. The minutes record the rezone as approved, but do not include a roll-call tally or conditions attached to the approval.
