Planning commission adopts agenda and approves prior minutes

At the start of the session, the Chair put the meeting agenda before the commission and asked for a motion to adopt it. Members moved and seconded the motion and the Chair called for a voice vote; commissioners answered "Aye" and the agenda was adopted.
