Select Board gives informal support to TIF amendment and moves into executive session

Select Board members discussed the TIF amendment proposal and several members told the presenter they supported moving forward with state submission and later public hearings. One member said, "So I think we should move forward on it," and others voiced support during the discussion, providing an informal straw poll the presenter said he would use to continue state conversations.

After a short break, a board member moved the meeting into executive session "for MRS title 1 section 4 0 5 6 a personnel matters," the motion was seconded and the board proceeded to executive session. When business concluded the board returned and a motion to adjourn was made and seconded; the chair called the meeting adjourned on the vote.
