Director to circulate draft contracts to partner boards, return for formal approval if signed

The director told commissioners she wanted board input on the recommended rates before circulating drafts to partner jurisdictions and said she will send the contracts to the other administrators for signatures. If partner boards sign the drafts, she will return the documents to the Bonner County business meeting for the commissioners to finalize by motion and signature.

"I think I would prefer, in hindsight to probably send them to the other counties, and have their board sign them, and then I'll put them once they're signed by all of those entities, then I'll bring them back, put them on the business meeting, and then have you guys sign and finalize them from there," the director said. The board provided informal blessing to circulate drafts with the recommended rates.

No formal motion or roll‑call vote took place at the special meeting; the director will circulate documents and report back with any partner concerns or signed agreements.
