Board votes to give superintendent 3% raise and add 2% 403(b) contribution

After returning from executive session, a board member (S4) moved that the board approve a 3% pay increase for the superintendent for the 2026–27 school year and to amend the superintendent's contract to add an annual 2% contribution to a 403(b) plan.

"I would move that the board, upon a review of professional performance of the superintendent, that the board vote to approve a 3% pay increase for the 2026, 2027 school year," the member said (S4). The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The same member then proposed the contract amendment for the 2% 403(b) contribution; the board again approved the amendment by voice vote.
