Mukwonago committee approves IT contract increase, fee amendment and $2.57M in vouchers

The finance portion of the meeting covered several routine but consequential items. Trustees recommended approving an updated informational technology services contract with Velocity Solutions—after more than a decade of service—raising the hourly rate from $95 to $125 with a contract term to Dec. 31, 2027 so the contract can be re-evaluated annually.

Trustees also approved Resolution 2026-51 to amend the 2026 fee schedule for parks to comply with Wisconsin DNR grant language limiting nonresident charges to twice resident rates; Phantom Glen Park's nonresident fee was amended to $65. Finally, trustees recommended approval of accounts payable vouchers totaling $2,568,129.41; staff explained about $1.758 million of that total relates to J&H Hassinger permits for the Wells 3 and 4 project.
