Staff reports Castro Tire and Repair has site-plan and plat approvals, awaits land-disturbance permit

During staff and commission reports, commissioners asked about the status of a previously discussed applicant, Castro Tire and Repair. Planning staff reported that the applicant has site-plan approval and a plat but still needs a land disturbance permit before work can proceed.

"They have, at least for now, they have, the site plan approval, and they also do have the plat approved," staff said, adding that the city is waiting to hear back as the applicant reconciles internal items before returning to the city to complete permitting.

Staff indicated that once the land disturbance permit is submitted and approved, the applicant will be able to proceed with land work in accordance with city and state requirements.
