"I will make a motion to grant the homeowner of 2 Laura Lane a 12 month retroactive extension from 03/2026 to 03/07/2027. All conditions on the ZBA notice of decision executed on 03/07/2026 are the same, and the outcome has not changed," the mover said during the meeting. Board members debated whether the RSA authorizes retroactive extensions and whether a separate public hearing was required; the circuit official had advised a retroactive extension was reasonable under the applicant’s circumstances.
