Council approves post-committee payables; condo-sale process underway

The council approved two payable items that were received after the last Finance Committee meeting. City Administrator Robertson said the invoices arrived after the committee met; Council Member Michelle Griffith moved to approve the payables and Council Member Brad DuFur seconded. The motion passed by roll call.

On the sale of city-owned condominiums, Mayor Peter Hendricks said two agents responded to the city's request and he had selected one agent; the listing paperwork had not yet been signed and staff will follow up before the property is listed further.
