Planning Commission approves final site plan for nearly 20,000 sq ft fitness center on North River Blvd

Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the final site plan for a proposed fitness center on North River Boulevard (Tax Map 49G Group C Parcel 12.00). Development Director Corey Divel said the proposed building is just under 20,000 square feet and that revised plans had addressed all staff comments.

The motion to approve came from Wayne Helton and was seconded by Shane Patterson. With staff comments satisfied, the commission granted final approval and no additional conditions were recorded in the meeting minutes.
