Appellant Angela Dawson, representing ACMN Properties and identifying herself as a licensed cannabis farmer, told the council she plans to rent the building for a licensed cannabis grow and has been working with city offices on the project: “I am actually planning on renting this property for a licensed cannabis grow that I am a licensed cannabis farmer.” The council adopted the hearing officer's recommendation and moved to the legislative hearing consent agenda approvals.
