Planning board continues review of driveway modification at 912 Salem Street

The Groveland Planning Board continued consideration of a modification to an approved site plan at 912 Salem Street after TEC engineering staff requested a traffic/sight‑line review. TEC civil engineer Bill Burnham said the recent field changes (the driveway shift and an added 2.5‑foot wall) did not present immediate alarming conflicts during observation but that a formal traffic review was needed to confirm sight lines.

"We previously have been doing construction observation of 912 Salem Street and have done multiple peer reviews in the past," Bill Burnham said, adding that the board should await the traffic review before final determination. The board voted to continue the modification review pending that documentation and any TEC recommendations.
