Owner says 5763 South 600 East is selling; commission orders cleanup and asks for buyer documentation

Lisa Browning addressed the commission about 5763 South 600 East and said both properties are being sold: "Lisa Browning, 5763 South 600 East. Both properties are being sold." She told the commission that Mark Guy plans to buy the first property this fall and his son John will buy the second next spring, but she had no written contract to produce at the meeting.

Staff said they found additional trash under what had been described as a brush pile during a July 30 inspection and recommended adding the item back to old business. Commissioners advised Browning to provide any sale documentation before the Oct. 6 meeting; staff recommended reinspecting Sept. 30 and, if necessary, recording a demo on the property to notify future purchasers. The commission approved the staff recommendation to move the matter to October and ordered follow-up as described in staff's recommendation.
