Palatine council approves minutes and three consent-agenda items in unanimous roll call

The Palatine Village Council approved minutes from its Oct. 5, 2015 meeting and three consent-agenda items after a formal motion and roll-call vote.

Councilman Lammert moved to approve items 1 through 3 of the consent agenda with waiver of first reading; the motion was seconded. The clerk conducted a roll call: when asked, Councilman Lamerin answered, "Aye," Councilman Millar answered, "Aye," Councilman Helms answered, "Aye," Councilman Kozlowski answered, "Aye," and Councilman Solberg answered, "Aye." The chair announced the items approved and the meeting proceeded.
