Council postpones public hearing on Cobble Creek Quarry parcels pending complete application

Staff reported a conditional-use application for Cobble Creek Quarry parcels (20-4384 and 20-4385) was incomplete and that additional documentation had been requested. The council member asked the town to wait until a completed application was before the council; "I would ask for a motion to postpone setting a public hearing on these 2 parcels until we have a completed application before us," the Chair said.

A council member moved to continue the item; the motion was seconded and carried on a roll call vote recorded in the transcript. Staff will notify the applicant when the additional materials have been reviewed and will return the item for public hearing scheduling once the application is complete.
