Court acknowledges multiple reports including Marble Falls EMS quarterly update and FHWA emergency-relief notice

As part of the consent/acknowledgement portion of the Aug. 5 special session, the court acknowledged receipt of multiple reports and notices: the Marble Falls EMS Quarterly Update (July 2026); a letter about Federal Highway Administration Emergency Relief funding to TxDOT concerning July 2026 flood impacts; a U.S. Department of Treasury State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) closeout compliance notice; a TCEQ notice of receipt for an intent to obtain a water-quality permit; Capital Area Council of Governments membership dues notice; City of Burnet survey services notice for alleyways; Burnet Central Appraisal District reappraisal plan for 2027–2028 and BCAD FY27 adopted budget; PEC utility connection reports (July 20 and July 27, 2026); and the 2026 Certification of Appraisal Rolls.

These items were acknowledged by the court and included as attachments in the meeting packet for public record; no votes or funding actions were associated with the acknowledgements at this session.
