Commissioners approve Billio Gardside Reserve small subdivision permit

Justin Arnold, Laramie County planning staff, presented the Billy O'Gard Side Reserve application and recommended approval, saying it met the criteria for a small subdivision permit and plat under county regulations. Shane Hansen, the applicant’s agent, attended and answered technical questions; planning staff reported public notice had been provided and no public comments were received.

A commissioner moved to approve the small subdivision permit and plat and to adopt findings A and B of the staff report with no conditions. The board voted by roll call to approve the application. The approved action allows the five-lot subdivision to proceed under the adopted conditions of the staff report and applicable county land-use regulations.
