Training demonstrates speakers tab and timed public-comment controls

Trainer walked participants through the speakers workflow for an active agenda item: opening the item, viewing requested speakers, editing time with the pencil icon, and pressing 'call' to start a timed appearance. He said moderators can "change it from untimed to 3 minutes" and hit start so the public display shows the speaker name and countdown.

The session also explained how additional speakers appear in the queue and that clerks can stop or uncue a speaker mid-countdown. Trainer urged practice runs so operators are comfortable calling speakers while simultaneously managing motions and votes during multi-item meetings.
