Commission approves EJ Devco LLC road construction permit added to tonight’s agenda

The Seward County Commission voted to add a road-construction permit for EJ Devco LLC to the meeting agenda and then approved the permit Aug. 3 by unanimous vote. The motion to add the item passed and the subsequent motion to approve and authorize the chair to sign the permit also passed 5-0.

Commissioner Stanton made the motion to approve the county permit as presented and the board raised hands to record a unanimous vote.
