Commission corrects Brock Feiner personnel form; designates assistant county administrator title

The commission reviewed an employee status change form for Brock Feiner and agreed to amend the language to list him as Assistant County Administrator on both lines. Commissioners clarified that Feiner’s pay had been temporarily charged to the landfill fund and was being transferred back to the administration general fund effective July 20; HR was directed to correct the form for signature.

During discussion, some commissioners asked whether changing the language posed any harm; the board agreed there was none and voted to update the personnel form. The motion to change the entry to Assistant County Administrator and to place the corrected form in Feiner’s personnel file passed 5-0.
