Selectboard sets Oct. 1 effective date for updated building permit fees

The board adopted a motion to make the previously approved building permit fee schedule effective on Oct. 1, 2026. Town staff noted the fee schedule had been approved at the July 14 meeting but the motion had not included an effective date; the board moved to set 10/01/2026 and approved that motion.

Board members also approved minutes from recent meetings and handled routine selectmen reports and town-administrator updates, including notices about a Route 114 DOT study, construction- and wastewater-meeting schedules, and cyanobacteria advisories on Long Pond.
