Water/staff update: backflow testing due, HOA outreach ongoing

A water/staff member told the board that the department has been replacing some meters and continuing outreach to HOA presidents about backflow testing and maintenance. "We do annual backflow test, we're due June 1. We do mail it July 1," the staff member said, and added that postcards and phone calls had been used to notify residents.
