Sun Valley council authorizes Year 4 pre-design task orders for road and path bond program

The Sun Valley City Council on July 8 unanimously authorized the mayor to sign the Sun Valley Road and Path Bond Program Year 4 Pre-Design Task Orders. Council Member Michelle Griffith moved the motion, Council Member Jane Conard seconded it, the roll call vote was unanimous and Mayor Peter Hendricks "declared the motion approved."

The authorization begins the pre-design phase for Year 4 items in the city's road and path bond program and allows staff to proceed with contracted pre-design work. The discussion was brief; the Streets Department work on bike path stenciling was also noted earlier in the meeting as an ongoing operational task.
