Sun Valley council adopts Appropriation Ordinance No. 531 for fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2018

The Sun Valley City Council adopted Ordinance No. 531, the Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2018, at a special meeting on Aug. 14, 2018. Council Member Jane Conard moved to adopt the ordinance; Council Member Brad DuFur seconded. A roll call vote recorded AYES from Council President Keith Saks, Council Member Brad DuFur and Council Member Jane Conard; NAYS: none. Mayor Peter Hendricks declared the motion approved.

Robertson read Ordinance No. 531 by title only during the meeting after a motion by Conard to read by title carried on a separate roll call. The session opened at 4:09 PM and, after the adoption and routine motions, Council Member Conard moved to adjourn; DuFur seconded and the meeting was declared adjourned at 4:14 PM. Council Member Michelle Griffith was recorded as absent. The ordinance sets the city appropriation for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2018 (the ordinance text was read by title only at the meeting).
