Grant Deaton of the Ridge Group described the Reserve at Millbrook as a two-phase development intended to provide high-end multifamily housing and future retail. Phase one is a 251-unit multifamily community with studios through three-bedroom units, premium interior finishes and amenities including a clubhouse, pool, rooftop lounge and coworking spaces. Deaton identified Studio Access as the architect of record and Kimberly Horn as the civil engineer.
Deaton provided site context, saying the project sits near the Millbrook master development and SK Hynix and that phase two would include approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial/retail on a separate Lot 2 of about 1.71 acres. "I envision myself and my wife on a Saturday morning walking over to the coffee shop or the ice cream shop," Deaton said, describing the walkability goal for the retail component. The developer projected construction start after financial closing and first multifamily occupancy in October 2028.
