Commissioners approve final plat splitting 25-acre tract into seven lots in Precinct 1

Staff reported the Valley final plat began as a roughly 25-acre tract that owners proposed to split into seven lots ranging between approximately 1.7 and 4.1 acres, and that the project had completed the planning process and was recommended for approval. "So it started off as 25 acres. They were splitting it into 7 lots," staff said when describing the parcel sizes.

Commissioner Crow made a motion to approve the final plat; Commissioner Phillips seconded and the court approved the motion by voice vote. Staff noted the lots had been reviewed through the planning process and were eligible to move forward once the court approved the plat.
