County adopts ordinance and conditional use permit with exception to forest lands goal

Planning staff presented Ordinance 44.181 and associated Final Order CLUP 825 and conditional use permit (CUP 13-25), seeking an exception to Statewide Planning Goal 4 (Forest Lands) and approval of development with conditions. Jeremy Morris introduced the item and Justin Throne addressed the Board; Commissioner Nichols moved the ordinance, Commissioner Minty seconded, and the Board approved the ordinance and related permits unanimously.
