Vendors and fundraising: raffles centralized, 46–48 crafter spaces reported

One committee member emphasized that "we can't have raffles on Old Home Day," reiterating an existing committee policy and ensuring fundraising activity is channeled through the event's central raffle and program listing. The vendor leads were instructed to add sponsor names to the printed program and to bring donated raffle items to the committee prior to the event for cataloguing and labeling.

The crafts coordinator said organizers would accept late emailed application intent but that mailed applications would govern final placements; she reported receiving dozens of mailed entries and that some applicants had requested two adjacent spaces. The committee assigned volunteers to pick up printed flyers and distribute them to local pickup points.
