Commissioners approve sheriff contract with Shiloh, EMA/LEPC agreement, vehicle disposals and utility permits

At the meeting the board approved several routine administrative items, including a contract authorizing sheriff services with the Village of Shiloh and a contract with the county Emergency Management Agency (EMA) and the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC).

The board also authorized the county engineer to dispose of two vehicles and approved two utility permit applications from Bridal Speed for work on Golden Street and Washington South Road (outside the city). Each item was moved, seconded and approved on recorded voice votes. Commissioners additionally approved month-end appropriations and transfers, and a positions/restrictions request.
