Council moves items 1–8 to the consent agenda; several ordinances forwarded

The council reconvened and approved a motion to advance items 1 through 8 of the agenda to the evening consent agenda with waiver of first reading. The clerk conducted the roll call and members present answered 'aye.'

Items discussed in committee that were moved to the consent agenda included the variation/retaining-wall ordinance (reported out from the Police Policy & Code Services Committee), a special-use transfer for 1506 West Algonquin Road, a traffic-code amendment addressing parking near a culvert (Chapter 18, section 81-15), and a contract recommendation for CivicPlus to update the village website and HR tools. The council also received committee reports and multiple standing committees adjourned with no business.
