Officials report no founded incidents of looting; law enforcement, Guard collaborating

When asked about reports of armed looters, a city official said the city had investigated multiple reports and found none that were 'founded' as looting; police, deputies and National Guard were working together to protect property. "So at this point, no founded reports of looting or property theft," the city official said.
