MPIC schedules two October public outreach events: fair Oct. 6 and All Teams meeting Oct. 28

MPIC finalized outreach plans for October, scheduling a public MPIC Fair on October 6 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rye Junior High School and a Second All Town Teams Meeting on October 28 at the Library from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. The Fair will use breakout tables for each strategic theme, an introductory overview, table leaders prompting ideas and input, and a suggestion-box option for attendees who prefer written comments.

The October 28 All Teams meeting will follow a similar format with an introductory talk about the Master Plan and six priority-theme table leaders providing highlights to spur discussion, followed by small-group conversations and a final plenary to pull out key findings. John Shaw will draft a list of target groups and prompting questions for MPIC review.
