Lynwood board adopts ordinance raising and revising local fees

The Village of Lynwood Board of Trustees voted Jan. 27 to adopt Ordinance No. 25‑42, a revision to Chapter 38 of the municipal code that updates various village fees. Trustee David Lilly moved to waive first and second readings and adopt the ordinance; the motion carried with ayes from Trustees Eaves, Lilly, Dunlap, Blakey, Hurt and Marshall.

The ordinance was adopted on unanimous roll call and will take effect according to the code's implementation schedule unless otherwise specified by the village clerk. The board's action was procedural — trustees waived readings and voted to enact the change during the meeting. No public objection was recorded on the ordinance during the session.
