The board voted to direct the auditor to process 07/23/2026 bills and ACH payments contingent on verification, approved budget amendments as recommended by the Department of Budget and Financial Management, and authorized interfund transfers (including transfers to the prosecutor’s statement fund and a Violence Against Women Act fund). Separately, the board authorized submitting a six-month time extension for the JAGO Park ADA activity under a Community Development Block Grant and agreed to amend a prior commission resolution regarding board appointments. The board also authorized proceeding with placing an additional tax levy to benefit Portage County public-assistance and related services under Ohio Revised Code §5705.191. No motions failed; the meeting recorded affirmative roll-call votes for the listed items.
