Lakes Country Service Cooperative outlines services; county asks it to pursue wireless grant

Holly Witt and Jane Eastes of Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) provided an overview of LCSC programs and services beyond health insurance, including wellness, IT services, health and safety, HR and business services, and assistance locating grant funding. The representatives told the board they could support county needs across multiple administrative areas.

Chair Kevin Leininger asked LCSC to look into a grant for wireless internet; Witt and Eastes said LCSC would explore grant opportunities. The board heard that LCSC can also help with employee wellness programming tied to the county's BCBS coverage.
