Draft budget worksheet circulated for committee review ahead of February

The chair said he had prepared and handed out a draft budget worksheet so members would have time to review a proposed template ahead of the February meeting. "...I sit down and and drew up a temporary or just a a sample of what a budget worksheet would look like for us to work with," the chair said, and asked members to suggest items to add or remove before the committee finalizes a template.

Members were asked to consult ledger records and the general ledgers at home in order to identify missing items or reclassifications before the next meeting. The chair also recommended collecting final budgets and financial statements for prior years to better estimate 2526 (fiscal year) expenses by averaging or using partial-year receipts.
