Commission forwards Joe Lampers' garage plan after brief review

Near the end of the meeting, the commission reviewed a residential site plan submitted by Joe Lampers for a garage and associated dwelling. Lampers described the footprint and said he expects to submit final blueprints within a week for county review.

Commission members checked setbacks and height and found no ordinance conflicts with Lampers' revised drawing; one commissioner moved to forward the plan for approval and another seconded the motion. The commission agreed Lampers should submit his building blueprints (foundation and framing plans) to the town and county for the next step. "Once I get blueprints, I'll apply with the county," Lampers said. The commission voted to send Lampers' plan forward for approval.
