Commission confirms regular meeting schedule and processes for follow-up submissions

Commissioners reviewed the meeting schedule and resolved to continue holding the planning and zoning commission on the first Saturday of each month, subject to quorum and the presence of business items. Members said notices will continue to post to the public notice website.

The commission also affirmed a written, office‑mediated communications process for applicants: correspondence and revised documents should be routed through the town office (Debbie) and distributed to commissioners so questions and answers remain part of the public record. Commissioners said they will not answer substantive questions informally outside an open meeting, though limited clarifying exchanges by email to the office are acceptable to test ideas between meetings.
