Board approves consent slate including annual operating agreement with University of Miami

Staff member Chris outlined four items on the consent slate: (10a) a resolution approving the annual operating agreement with the University of Miami; (10b) the medical staff credentialing and privileging report for the month; (10c) the purchasing report; and (10d) a resolution authorizing a lease for office space. "So you've got, item 10 a, which is the resolution approving the 02/2627 annual operating agreement with the University of Miami," Chris said while presenting the items.

The chair asked whether the body was comfortable taking the items as a slate, a motion was made and seconded, and the chair called for the vote. Board members voiced 'Aye' and the slate was approved. The transcript records no separate debate or recorded roll-call vote for the individual items; they were passed together as a slate.
