Frederic board approves up to $762,873 in water bonds and related $1.7 million assistance for Wisconsin Avenue project

The Frederic Village Board on Aug. 11 approved Resolution 08112025 to authorize issuance and sale of up to $762,873 in Water System Revenue Bonds, Series 2025, and approved a related $1,695,274 Financial Assistance Agreement to fund the Wisconsin Avenue Project. Kianna Lindh, MSA, explained the basis of the resolution to the board and answered questions about project funding and compliance.

The motion to approve the resolution was made by B Harlander and seconded by D Wisse; the board recorded the result as "Vote: Carried."
