Selectboard motions: JP ballot mailings approved, culvert donated to snowmachine club, expenses approved

The Selectboard recorded several administrative actions at the July 21 meeting. Christopher Whalen moved to allow mailing Justices of the Peace ballots to all voters in November with the state covering mailing and printing costs; Richard Baker seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Richard Baker moved to give an extra culvert to the snowmachine club; Christopher Whalen seconded and that motion passed unanimously as well.

Town Clerk Bobbi Brimblecombe updated the board on FEMA‑related work: gym repairs are progressing and the floor will be poured next week; the Thompson Road project is finished and its invoice was placed on the approval list; Holt Road bridge construction is scheduled to begin next week. At the close of the meeting selectboard members read and approved reports for general expenses and payroll.
