Board chair apologizes for last-minute Title IX motion, pledges better notice

Superintendent Dr. Foley described a follow-up meeting with the chair to reaffirm a "no surprise" rule and said the goal is for administration and the board to be better prepared and transparent. Multiple trustees urged adding administration input and community comments to future agendas; the board agreed to place further discussion of the issue on a future meeting agenda.
