Superintendent shares staff safety survey and early assessment snapshots with board

Superintendent Erfourth reported results from a staff safety survey sent through the union: 66 respondents of 166 district employees responded, with 52 answering yes and 14 answering no. Erfourth said high-level takeaways were that "most respondents feel safe," and board members asked for the data to be broken down by building to better target supports.

Erfourth also presented student-assessment snapshots: K–8 i-Ready comparisons between Fall 2024 and Fall 2025 and high-school NWEA proficiency and growth data for Fall 2025, with winter benchmark collection delayed due to recent snow days. No formal action was taken; trustees requested more detailed, building-level results before further discussion.
